Be honest about the box
If IPTV is the entire reason that set is on, the frank advice is to slot in a Fire TV Stick and skip the rest of this. If the Roku genuinely must do the job, read on — casting always works, and the Smarters channel obliges when it is in the mood.
Look in the Channel Store
From the Home screen, head into Streaming Channels — or just use search — and hunt down IPTV Smarters Player, or failing that plain IPTV Player. If one appears, add it; bear in mind what Roku stocks varies by region and can disappear at any time.
Put in your details
Assuming it did install, launch it, take the Xtream Codes path, and fill in the usual trio — username, password, server URL.
Otherwise, cast from a phone or PC
Enable Screen mirroring under Settings > System. On Android use Cast or Smart View; on a Windows PC press Win+K. Whatever is on that device now mirrors to the Roku. The image is fine, but the phone is tied up until you stop watching.

Can you really run IPTV on a Roku?
Only partly. With sideloading barred and a listed-player line-up that keeps moving, it is the least reliable platform going for this. Casting is the dependable fallback. If you are able, shift that set onto a Firestick or an Android box instead.
