Our position
Glomax8K respects the rights of copyright owners. We operate under the Copyright Act of Canada and its notice-and-notice regime, and we act promptly on complete notices — including removing or disabling access to any material within our control that is identified as infringing.
Where to send a notice
Send your notice to us on WhatsApp at +212 610 046 062, marking the message clearly as a "Copyright notice". A single point of contact handles every complaint so nothing is lost in the queue.
What a notice must contain
The name and address of the copyright owner, and of the person sending the notice if different.
Identification of the work or other subject-matter you say is infringed.
Identification of the material in question and its location, in enough detail for us to find it.
A statement of the claimed infringement, and of your interest or right in the work.
The date and time of the alleged infringement, where relevant to a specific stream.
Your contact details so we can respond or forward the notice as the Act requires.
What we do with a notice
On a complete notice we forward it to the account or user concerned and keep a record for the period set out in the Copyright Act, as the notice-and-notice regime requires. Where the material sits on infrastructure we control, we also remove or disable access to it.
Response time
We acknowledge complete notices within 2 business days and act on them within 5 business days. A notice missing any of the details above is returned with a note on what to add.
Disputing a notice
If access to material you provided was disabled and you believe that was an error, reply to the same point of contact with your identifying details and the basis for your position, and we will review it.
