Line up your player
Free and login-based, IPTV Smarters is the default pick. Prefer a tidier channel layout and do not mind a small charge? iPlayTV or Smart IPTV deliver that. One warning worth heeding: names like TiviMato and Tivimax are copies riding on TiViMate's reputation — skip them.
Head into the Content Store
From the remote, press Home, launch the LG Content Store, switch over to the Apps tab, and type into the search box waiting there.
Put the app on the TV
Whichever you settled on — IPTV Smarters Player, iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV — install it, then open it a single time so it is warmed up for what follows.
Feed it your account
The login-based apps ask for Login with Xtream Codes API and then your username, password and server URL. Smart IPTV goes the other route: it shows a MAC address, and you push your M3U to it from siptv.app/mylist on a second screen.
Restart, then confirm
A relaunch prompts the set to draw down the entire line-up and its guide. Tune to any channel to make sure the picture is clean, then let the coloured keys on the LG remote handle favourites and the EPG for you.
If it acts up
You hear it but see nothing
Blank video with working audio points at the decoder, not a broken feed. Move the player onto native or hardware decoding in its settings, or grab the lower-bitrate version most sport channels run beside the main one.
